Martine-Alison arrives

Susan Roux and Martine-Alison

Martine-Alison arrived in New England from France on Thursday. Ever since, we've had a terrible time. Never a good moment!

I haven't ever been so miserable...

It poured every day and there wasn't a good drink to be found anywhere!

Hope you're all having as terrible a time as I am...

  1. oh you two must be having a wonderful day of fun, chat and girly laughter!...

how lovely when two artists' unite!
    enjoy your day....together!

come by for a spot of tea with me!

    ciao bella
    happy tuesday!
    creative carmelina

  2. Une plaisanterie, n'est ce pas?You don't seem so miserable...

  3. vous êtes en forme! il me semble.. bon séjour et à votre santé !!

  4. You two look like the cat that swallowed the canary! I hope your having a blast :)

I'm out in the hot sun scraping and painting our wrought iron fence. Does that constitute having a terrible time? ;)~

  5. love the "terrible" photo, true testament to your shared misery!! LOL!

  6. I feel for you!!! Have fun!

  7. Yes I get a headache staring at your misery. I hope you have to put up with that misery for ages. That will teach you PS Martine-Alison the paintings look wonderful, and Leo says hello

  8. My poor Martine-Alison i wouldn't like to be in your place ! It must be very difficult and alarming to live with a so austere woman !! Receive all my understanding.
Try however to have a nice time... Kisses
I can see you're likewise dying of thirst !!!...

  9. hi Susan,

stoppin here for the first time from Carmen Jimenez's Blog, my fellow blogger.

  10. Yes, your misery is evident in your beautiful faces as you weep into your frosty margaritas! Your post put a smile on my face. Now I'm going to look at your paintings!
